Safety, Health, Environment & Lean Specialist

Job Requirements

• OSH Certified
• Industrial Engineer or related field required.
• Has experience in HSE Management Systems.
• Has experience in the continuous improvement.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Saudi nationals.

    HSE Responsibilities

·  Develop and implement health and safety system, plans, data capture and ongoing analysis as per ISO14001 and ISO45001

·  Set up and implement hazardous waste, wastewater or toxin management programs.

·  Oversee and review health and safety documentation and data.

·  Coordinate safety and environmental audits and actions to remedy faults and remediate.

Record near-miss, incident and accident and lead the investigations

    Continuous Improvement Responsibilities

·      Drive lean initiatives in the organization.

·      Facilitate lean events including A3 training and strategy deployment.

·      Facilitate building the right lean KPIs for all departments.

·      Follow up on the implementation of 6S, TIP and SQDIPP boards.

·      Analyse data from customer feedback and reflect improvements in the related processes.

·      Report the performance of all lean tools in all departments.
